As health practitioners, we are big advocates of Pilates practice as a way to rehabilitate from chronic injury or pain. Where we feel you may benefit from Pilates practice, we will refer you to either Amy (Whitefield) or Jo (Chadderton) for 1-1 treatment where they will use their expert knowledge, and equipment such as the Pilates reformer, to enable you to heal through movement.
